FORMER DENISONIAN DIES IN OKLAHOMA
Peter Warren Bertram, 31, a former resident of Denison and concrete man, died at 9 a.m. Monday at Wagner, Oklahoma, following an illness of 5 days.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 4 o'clock from Short-Murray chapel with Rev. L.R. Lamb officiating.  Interment will be at Fairview cemetery with Short-Murray directing.
Bertram was born December 4, 1907 at Tulsa, Oklahoma.  The family moved to Durant shortly after his birth and resided there until he was 8 years old, after which they moved to Dallas where he received his education.
Coming to Denison at age of 20, he resided here 3 years, leaving for a 3-year service with the U.S. Navy.  He has traveled considerably since his naval discharge.
He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Maude Aldredge of Denison.
