Funeral services for Frank D. Stewart, 53, were held at Bratcher-Moore chapel Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock with the
Rev. Bretz of Durant officiating.  Interment was in Fairview cemetery.

Mr. Stewart, resident of Denison for 42 years, and agent for the National Life Insurance Company for the past several
years, died in Baylor Hospital, Dallas, Thursday at 4:30 a.m.
after nine weeks of illness.  Mr. Stewart had undergone two operations on his eyes and was thought to be recovering satisfactorily when he suffered a stroke.  He has been critically
ill for nine
weeks.  Mrs. Stewart was with him for the duration of his illness.
Deceased was born in Marshall County, Oklahoma, the son of Mr. and Mrs. H.E. Stewart May 15, 1903.  He received his education in Lynn, Oklahoma and Denison, and was married here February 23, 1931 to Zella Clayton.  He was a member
of the First Christian church, Masonic
Lodge No. 1152 and a Shriner.  His home is at 1307 W. Main.
Survivors are his wife; five brothers, L.B. of Denison; Ed and Obert of California; D.L. of New Mexico and Rev. Oda Stewart of Boyd, Texas; and seven sisters, Mrs. R.M. Rutherford, Mrs. Roy Staton, Mrs. J.M. Barnett and Mrs. J.C. Campbell, all of Denison, and Mrs. Olie Ridenour, Miami, Oklahoma; Mrs. Estelle Barrett, and Mrs. Orella Stewart, California.
