DENISON - Funeral services for Amanda Renee Minchew of Denison will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10, at th Bratcher Funeral Chapel with the Rev. David Blackmon officiating.  Interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in Denison.
Pallbearers will be U.S. Army Capt. Raymond Naraine, 1st Sgt. Charles Harris, SFC Timothy Hartleben, SWSgt Chris Emshoff, FC2 Lance Minchew, and Denison Police Sgt. Mike Eppler.
Amanda passed away Saturday, December 7, 2002, at the Texoman Medical Center at 23 years of age.  She died after a long, recurring illness.
She was born on April 25, 1979 in Denison, the daughter of Jim and Brenda Lovell.  She graduated from Denison High School in 1997, attended Grayson College and had recently graduated from the Denison Citizens Police Academy.
On April 30, 1997, she married Lane Minchew in Sherman.  Amanda was a member of Parkside Baptist Church and worked as a claims processor for Cigna in Sherman.
Surviving Amanda are her husband, Lane Minchew of Denison, her daughter Kameron Nikole Minchew of Denison, mother and father, Jim and Brenda Lovell of Denison; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Robert E. and Lea Minchew of Montezuma, Kansas; grandfather, Bill Christman of Denison; and grandmother-in-law, Ida Paddock Sisson of Pleasantonn, Kansas.
A fund has been set up at Independent Bank of Denison for Kameron Nikole Minchew.
Arrangements are under the care of Bratcher Funeral Home in Denison.
