Denison, Dec. 30 .- Despite heroic efforts, of physicians to save him, Fred Poulter, aged fifteen, died to day from the effects of a gunshot wound accidentally inflicted by Edward May, a playmate. The two lads with two other boys, were hunting at
Munson Park, north of the city, when Poulter stepped in front of the May lad. Later the shotgun was discharged when the May boy stumbled. The load tore away the calf of Poulter's right leg. He was rushed to a hospital and the leg amputated, but the shock and loss of blood was too great.
