Funeral services were held Saturday at Sunnyside Baptist church for Miss Sarah E. Lamb, 69, of 1029 N. Florence, who died in a local hospital Thursday after 2 weeks of illness. Rev. Vernon Price officiated and burial was in Fairview cemetery with Bratcher-Moore funeral directors in charge.
Miss Lamb was born in Arkansas, December 27, 1883, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas A. Lamb. She was a member of Sunnyside church, and made her home with Mr. and Mrs. W. I. Lamb, 1029 W. Florence.
Survivors are 4 brothers, Laban and H. S. of Dallas; and W. I. and T. E. of Denison; 2 sisters, Mrs. Lucy David, Caraway, Arkansas; and Mrs. Nettie Huetson, Challie, Texas.
