Funeral services for Mrs. Rosie L. Ballard, 1322 W. Sears, were held at the First Baptist church Sunday afternoon with Rev, Bob Ramsay and Rev. Paul Savell, pastor of the First Assembly of God church officiating.  Interment was in Fairview Cemetery with Bratcher-Moore funeral directors in charge.
Mrs. Ballard had been ill for the past year and a half.  She died at her home Friday night.
Mrs. Ballard was born in Oklahoma but had spent nearly all her life in Denison.  She was first married to Edwin M. Oldham who died many years ago.  They were parents of a sons, Russell Oldham who died about 20 years ago. Deceased was married to Robert L. Ballard in 1944.
Survivors are her husband; a brother, Earnest Carlton of Oklahoma City; and 2 grandchildren.
