DEATHS

Dr. Charles T. McGregor
Funeral services for Dr. Charles T. McGregor, retired Denison physician, who died in the Veterans Administration hospital in McKinney last week, were held at the Bratcher-Moore chapel, Monday with the Rev. W.O. Bucy and the Rev. Richard Crews officiating.  Interment was in Fairview cemetery, with Bratcher-Moore in charge of arrangements.
Dr. McGregor, a resident of Denison for forty years, was born in Belton, Texas, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas H. McGregor, on July 9, 1878.  He attended Texas schools; graduated from the University of Louisville, Ky., in 1904; did postgraduate work in the New York Poly Clinic Medical school and hospital in 1911-12 and at the University of Oklahoma in 1927.  He served in the United States navy during the first World War, being the first person in Denison to enlist for service in that war.
He was married to Miss Rosabeth Brannon in 1934.  He was a member of the First Christian church.
Survivors include his widow; a son, Charles T. McGregor, Jr., of Dallas; two brothers, Claud McGregor, Los Angeles, and Paul McGregor, Hermosa Beach; one sister, Mrs. Curtis Rosser, Dallas, and one grandchild.
