Funeral services for  Joseph H. Higdon, 77, a carpenter and former Denisonian who died Friday at a Dallas hospital following a six months illness, were held Sunday afternoon from Short-Murray chapel, Rev. James Spivey officiating.
Interment was at Fairview cemetery, Short-Murray directing.  Pallbearers were Earl Tanner, G.F. Olive, Chester Parker,
S.D. Brown, A.L. Clark and J.W. Lanter.
