Funeral services for Mrs. Julia Curry of 414 W. Morgan, were held at Bratcher-Moore chapel Wednesday, January 18, with Rev. Duke Barron officiating.  Interment, with the Pythian Sisters in charge of services.
Mrs. Curry died in a local hospital Tuesday afternoon a few minutes after being registered there.  She had been in ill health for several years.
Mrs. Curry was born in Caddo Mills August 15, 1872, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Greenwood.  She was educated in Greenville schools, and was married in Greenville November 14, 1889 to W.M. Curry who died in 1930.  She was a member of the Methodist church, WBA, Woodmen Circle and Pythian Sisters.
Survivors are 2 sons, Bill of Denison and Harry of San Diego; 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
