Oliver Perry Sammons Of Denison Succumbs

DENISON, Texas, March 12. - Funeral services were held Wednesday for Oliver Perry Sammons, 86, a resident of Denison for fifty-four years, who died here Tuesday.
Sammons, a retired electrician, was born in Illinois.  He was a member of the Masonic Lodge.  Survivors include two sons, O. P. Sammons Sr. and A. J. Sammons, both of Denison; three daughters, Misses Lillian and Neva Sammons, both of Garland, and Mrs. J. W. Gilbert of Denison, and a brother, Harry Sammons of Atkinson, ILL.
