Funeral services for Mrs. Guy Story, 66, of 209 W. Monterey, were held at Bratcher-Moore chapel Tuesday afternoon at
2:30 with the Rev. Ernest L. Potter, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, and the Rev. Ed. Broome, pastor of Parkside Baptist Church, officiating. Interment was in Fairview cemetery.
Mrs. Story died in Madonna hospital Sunday afternoon at 4:50 following a heart attack suffered nine days earlier.
Deceased was born in Rogers, Ark., Dec. 18, 1889, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James M. Pulliam. She received her schooling in Dallas, and was married there on July 26, 1908 to Guy Story. Mr. Story is an engineer on the Katy. Mrs. Story was a member of Calvary Baptist church, the Order of Eastern Star, the G.I.A. to B. of LE. She lived in Whitesboro before coming to Denison 47 years ago.
Survivors are her husband; two sons, Carroll Story of Denison and Glenn R. Story, Dallas; a daughter, Mrs. Hellen Miller, Dallas; two sisters, Mrs. Una Shaw and Mrs. L. E. Adams, both of Dallas and eight grandchildren.
