Services For John W. Peel Held Monday

Funeral services for John W. Peel, who died Sunday at Whitewright, were held Monday afternoon at Waples Memorial church, Rev. S. M. Black officiating. Pallbearers were Fred Bulloch, V. C. Meitzen, D. F. Armistead, George Fairley, R. L. Stover, and Fred W. Miller.
Because of the late arrival of a daughter, Mrs. E. A. Crandall of Los Angeles, burial was held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Fairview cemetery. A Masonic service was conducted. Short-Murray were in charge of arrangements.
