DEATH ROLL

W. H. Halton
Will H. Halton, one of Denison's business men for years, and operator of a music business and later a funeral director, was buried in the family burying ground here Sunday afternoon, his body being returned from Tyler where he died Friday night, where he was making his home with a daughter, Mrs. Jules Constantin.
Services were at the Episcopal church with Rev. Raymond S. Ottensmyer officiating. Interment was at Fairview with Short-Murray directing.
Born in Chicago, May 22. 1865, he attended the schools of that city and graduated later in the Chicago School of Engineering. He followed that line of work for some time, coming later to Denison where he operated a music store, later entering the undertaking business.
He was active in Boy Scout work for several years. Following the death of his wife in 1939, he had made his home with his daughter in Tyler.
Surviving are one son, Leslie of the U. S. Army forces in California, Mrs. Charles Schaeffer, Kingsport, Tenn., and Mrs. Constantin, daughters.
