Dies After Illness

Funeral for Mrs. Frank Haggard, 67, of 220 East Murray will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in Johnson-Moore chapel with Jake Simpson, Parkside Baptist music and education director, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will be at the funeral home tonight from 7:30 to 8:30 o'clock. Mrs. Haggard died Sunday at 8 a.m. in a local hospital after a year's illness.
Born in Griffin, Ga., Feb. 16, 1893, Mrs. Haggard attended Hillsboro schools and married Frank Haggard, Katy telegrapher who died in 1955, there in 1915. She moved to Denison from Smithville 12 years ago. Mrs. Haggard was a member of First Baptist  Church and the Garden Club.
Survivors include two daughters, Miss Dale Haggard, Lamar School teacher, and Dr. Mary Ellen Haggard, pediatrician at John Sealy Hospital in Galveston; and two sisters, Mrs. Edrie Scott of Fort Worth and Mrs. Linda Willie of Los Angeles, Calif.

HAGGARD FUNERAL
Funeral for Mrs. Frank Haggard, 67, was held today at 10:30 a.m. in Johnson-Moore chapel, Rev. Jack Simpson officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers were Guyan Stevens, Fred Smart, Donald Kerr, O. C. Mulkey, Gordon Rutledge, and J. M. Dixon.
