Funeral services were held at Fairview cemetery Monday afternoon for O.L. Brogdon, 78, of Pottsboro, who died in a local hospital Saturday morning.  Paul Wallace, minister of the Church of Christ officiated and interment was in charge of Bratcher-Moore, funeral directors
Mr. Brogdon was born in Pottsboro, February 14, 1873, son of Mr. and Mrs. S.L. Brogdon. He was married in 1897 in Locust to Mrs. Liza Sanders, who survives him.  They were parents of a son, Paul Brogdon, of Chicago, and a daughter, Mrs. Frank Pearson, of Denison.
Other survivors include a brother, John Brogdon of Colbert, Oklahoma; 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
