Funeral services were conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Short-Murray chapel for Julius L. Morrison, 61, who died
Thursday at his home 100 W. Heron. Rev. L. R. Lamb officiated with interment at Fairview. He had resided at that
point for the past 12 years, coming to Texas from Arkansas, where he was born Feb. 25, 1882 as the son of Mr. and
Mrs. B. F. Morrison.
He worked as a day laborer. Surviving is his widow, Mrs. Ida Morrison, one son, Marrion F., and a daughter, Mrs.
Walter Bush, and a stepson, Gipsom Brown, all of Denison.
Brothers are Edgar from Colma, Cal.; A. C. of Blossom; W. A. of Boswell, C. J. of Colbert, and H. J. of this city.
A sister, Mrs. Sim Davis, lives at Kemp, Okla.
