Sunday, November 9, 1884 pg.4 Mrs. P. D. Pollard died at her residence on West Main street last Monday and was buried at the new cemetery on Tuesday. She was an estimable lady and, with her two sons and two daughters many friends join to drop a tear over her grave. She had been sick with flux for several days previous to her death.
