RESURGAM
Died at Yoakum, On October 16, March C. Knowlton, beloved wife of C.A. Knowlton.  Three score and ten, the years of her life numbered, and few have garnered more sheaves for the Master.  For years an invalid unable to leave her room, Mrs. Knowlton, by her patiende and gracious manner, retained as companions those who, in the days of her vigor, had been her friends. In the first hour of bitter anguish and inconsolable grief, we do not recognize death as  the angel of peace who smoothes the furrows from the brows of our loved ones, and bears their souls to the Father's ome; yet time, the healer, teaches us that God's way are best.
Let this great truth console the bereaved relatives who have the sympathy of their many Denison Friends.
Interment at Fairview where the funeral services were conducted by Rev. Dooper.  On the coffin were place many
beautiful floral emblems.
