The body of Charlton Peck, son of Judge and Mrs. W.M. Peck, who died in a sanitarium at Fort Worth yesterday was buried in Denison this morning.  The body, accompanied by Judge and Mrs. Peck, arrived in Denison on the Katy Flyer at 11:15 a.m. and the funeral was from the Union passenger station.  Many friends attended the funeral, quite a number going from this city.

Prominent Denison Woman, Former Resident of Sherman, is Dead

Mrs. Augusta Charlton Peck, wife of Judge William M. Peck of Denison, former judge of the 15th District Court here, died
at the family home at No. 217 W. Gandy street at 11 o'clock Sunday
morning, according to messages received here this morning.  Mrs. Peck was about 60 years of age.
During the tenure of her husband's judicial office here, she made her home in Sherman, residing here for about three years.
Funeral services will take place at 3 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, followed by burial at Denison.
Members of the Grayson County Bar Association here will attend, as well as friends who live here.
Mrs. Peck is survived by her husband and by a sister, Mrs. W.C. Griffith of Carrol.  News of her death was received in Sherman with much sorrow as Mrs. Peck had made numerous friends during her short residence in this city.  Judge and Mrs. Peck have lived in Denison since 1874.
