Denison - Funeral for Win C. Bayless, 59, of 1711 W. Day, who died Wednesday morning in a local hospital after a long illness, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Frist Christian Church, with Dr. Steve Mansen officiating.  Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.  Bratcher Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Bayless was born July 27, 1928, in carrollton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William A. Cromer.  A graduate of Denton High School, she received her R.N. associate degree from Grayson County College and attended North Texas State University.  She married David Bayless Sr. Feb 22, 1947, in Denton.  Mrs. Bayless, a housewife and registered nurse, was a member of First Christian Church.  She was a former member of the Denison Service League and the Ladies' Auxiliary of Texoma Medical Center.

Surviving are her husband; son, David Jr. of Denison; daughter, Brandy Bayless of Dallas; brother, Bill F. Cromer of Hurst; and two grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Texoma Medical Center in Denison, First Christian Chruch in Denison or the Denison Public Library.
