Martha Ann 'Patsy' was born 18 November 1812 in Virgina, the oldest of seven children. Her Cherokee Blood comes through her maternal side of her family.  The name of her biological parents nor any other vital information has not been documented to date, with the exception of knowing her mother's blood line.  Martha Ann Glass and two siblings were raised by Richard Glass and Polina Campbellin Glass, sister to her mother.  In November 1850, and her husband, James Richard Graham, are living in Coffee County, Tennessee with five children and a Jackson Glass.  James Richard Graham's occupation is listed as 'a hatter'.  He died in Coffee County, Tennessee in 1873.  In the 1880 census, the family is recorded  in Giles County, Tennessee and by June 1900, Martha Ann "Patsy"Martha Ann 'Patsy' Glass Graham is living in Grayson County, Texas outside of Collinsville with Lucinda, her daughter, and son-in-law, James Crosslin.  She is widowed and has 9/9 children living.  Martha Ann 'Patsy' Glass Graham died at the age of 89 in 1901 and is buried in the Graham-Patton Cemetery between Tioga and Collinsville.
