ARRIVAL OF EMIGRANTS
A party of English emigrants, 14 in number, from Derbyshire and Yorkshire, arrived here. They have come to settle in or near this city.
Mr. M. Prior and family have located on Rusk avenue corner of Morton street.  Mr. Prior is a mechanical engineer and will probably engagein business here.  Mrs. and Miss Prior are fashionable milliners, and will doubtless opene here in their line of business.
Mr. C. Baldock is a locomotive engineer and will probably engage in farming.
Mr. J. Taylor and family will engage in farming. 
Mr. J. Whitehead has been manager of the gas works where he came from and will endceavor to find employment here until his family shall arrive.
Another and larger party will leave the southwest of England next month and come to Denison via Baltimore.  A large party (37 families) are preparing to leave Kilmarnock, Scotland, to arrive in Denison this fall.
