  William Leon McNeely 22 February 1957 Lucy Elliott McNeely 1 June 1975 Services
will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Dannel Funeral Chapel for Mrs. W. L.
McNeely, life-long area resident, who was dead on arrival at a Sherman
hospital Sunday. Dr. Tom Brandon of First Baptist Church will officiate
and burial will be in Elliott Cemetery near Van Alstyne. Born in Grayson County, she was the former Lucy Elliott, daughter of Joseph T. and Lucy Watson Elliott. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by a daughter, Mary Joe McNeely of Sherman. Pallbearers will be Weldon Webb, Lloyd Marr, Francis McNeely, Charles Elliott, Joe Tolbert, Raymond Tolbert and Mac Selby. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday and at other times they will be at the residence, 1124 E. Lamar.
