Funeral services were held at the Gordonville Baptist church at 3 p.m. Sunday, conducted by the Rev. L. R. Lamb, pastor of the Calvary Baptist church in Denison.  Interment followed in the Dixie cemetery.
A party of three, including the deceased, Mr. Yarborough, and a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Virgil Yarbrough, was en route to Dallas, with Mr. Yarbrough driving the car, a Christmas present from their children. Accompanying Mr. Williams were W.H. Williams and L.B. Barnes, also of Dexter, both of whom were uninjured.  The vehicles were badly damaged.
Mr. Yarbrough suffered cuts, bruises, and possibly internal injuries.  Mrs. Virgil Yarbrough escaped with minor injuries.
Mrs. Yarbrough was born April 9, 1878, in Indiana.  She came to Texas with her parents at the age of nine.  They located in Ellis county.  In 1884 she was married to Mr. Yarbrough.  They had been residents in the Gordonville community for about 10 years.

Wallace, and Miss Agnes Yarbrough of Dallas, and five grandchildren; two sisters, Miss Effie Scarberry of Wilson, Okla., who is a twin sister of the victim, and Mrs. Bessie Clancy of Dallas; and her mother, Mrs. Manda Scarberry of Hobart, Okla.
