Vernon E. Gordon, of Whitewright, Tx, age 96, died Saturday, June 23, 2007.  Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday June 25, 2007 at Crossroads Cemetery in the Desert community conducted by Rev. David Sharp of Crossroads Presbyterian church. Mullican-Little Funeral home of Bell/Savoy, Tx, will conduct services.
Mr. Gordon was born August 19, 1910, the son of Jim and Pearlie Gordon. He is survived by his niece and nephew Pam
and Mike Gordon and their families.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Isabell.
