 4th Addition, Section 4   Clarence Turner 2 May 1907 - 25 January 1986 Lillis Turner 5 July 1905 - 29 January 1984 Jack Moore 31 July 1901 - 22 October 1964 October 1964 RETIRED COLLINSVILLE FARMER, 63, SUCCOMBS Funeral services were conducted Friday for a retired Collinsville farmer who died who died in a Sherman hospital Thursday, Jack Ervin Moore, 63, died following a lengthy illness. Services were held in the Collinsville Methodist Church and were conducted by Rev. Boyd Sawner, minister. Burial was in Collinsville Cemetery. Mr. Moore was born July 30, 1901 [sic] the son of Mr. and Mrs. W.B. Moore and in ceremonies at Durant, Oklahoma he married Lillis Slack April April 12, 1933. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Methodist church. Survivors include his wife; a brother, Oscar Moore of Hedley; two sisters, Mrs. Chester Wadley of Hollis, Oklahoma and Mrs. Leslie Pollard of Dumas. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
