Collinsville - Vergil E. Blanton, 93-year-old Collinsville resident, died Monday, April 30, 2001, at the Collinsville Care Center. 
 Graveside services with Masonic rites, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Collinsville Cemetery.  The Rev. Jerry Davis will officiate.
Surviving are his brother, David Blanton of Bakersfield, Calif; and sister, Edna Johnson of Garland.  
Huff Funeral Home in Whitesboro has charge of arrangements. 
No visitation will be held.
