  The Sunday Gazetteer Sunday, March 25, 1888 pg. 5 DEAD Miss Delia Courtright, after a long and distressing illness, died Monday at the residence of her parents, on south Barrett avenue, the cause of death being consumption. The young lady was of a sweet and amiable disposition, and the patience and fortitude which she exhibited in her last sickness was the wonder of all who visited her bedside. She was 18 years of age and was esteemed and beloved by a large circle of friends. The funeral took place at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday from the family residence.
