L.O. NORWOOD DIES IN CITY SUNDAY MORN
Lee Oddie Norwood, 49 resident of Denison for 20 months, died at 6:27 p.m. Sunday at the home of his brother, Robert Norwood, engineer and Fireman for the Katy out of this city.
Mr. Norwood was born and educated in Stringtown, Oklahoma, August 6, 1886, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Norwood, where he resided until 1899, moving to Atoka, Oklahoma, making his home until 1918 when he moved again to Oklahoma City with his brother, remaining there until coming to Denison in 1933.
He was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Funeral services will be held from Short-Murray chapel Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, conducted by Rev. S.L. Terry, pastor of the Presbyterian church here.  Burial will be made at Layne cemetery, Short-Murray, funeral directors, in charge.
He is survived by one brother of Denison.
