Last Rites Held for Mrs. Mary F. Eldridge

SADLER - Funeral services were held Monday at 10 a.m. at the Sadler Methodist Church for Mrs. Mary Frankie Eldridge, 91, of Sadler, who died at 5:30 a.m. Sunday in a Denison rest home.  She had been ill for 1 1/2 years.
The Rev. C. J. Graves of Sherman and the Rev. Robert Belew of Sadler will conduct the services. Burial will be in Christian Chapel Cemetery, directed by Richards-Beck Funeral Home of Whitesboro.
Mrs. Eldridge was born Jan. 20, 1871, in Illinois, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William W. Holley.  In 1894, she married Thomas Eldridge.  She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors are three sons, Otis, John and Robert Eldridge, all of Sadler; a daughter Mrs. Margaret McIver of Tishomingo, Okla.; 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren.

SADLER - Funeral services for Thomas Eldredge, 75, who died suddenly Thursday night of a heart attack were conducted Sunday afternoon at the Methodist church by the Rev. Kirk Beard, pastor of the Methodist church of Bowie, former pastor of the Sadler church, and the Rev. McCoy E. Bynum, Baptist minister.
Pallbearers were Clayton Flannery, John Payne, O. A. Siebert, E. L. Goss, Ed Rodgers and M. A. Wallis.
Out-of-town relatives and friends attending were Miss Clara McIver of Tishomingo, Martin Eldredge and Miss Billye Faye Eldredge of Gainesville, Mr. and Mrs. Chester McMennemy and family of Whitesboro, Mr. and Mrs. Orville Eldredge and family, Mrs. and Mrs. Floyd Eldredge and family, Mr. and Mrs. Charley Eldredge and family and Mrs. and Mrs. Chester Eldredge, all of Denison.
