Billy Gene Newberry

Willow Dean Newberry joined her heavenly family and Father August 17, 2021 at Texoma Medical Center.
Willow began her journer here on earth September 25, 1931, daughter of William and Annie Drummonds Wakefield in Mountainburt, Arkansas. Willow filled her time with love for her Lord and Savior.  She loved sewing, quilting, cooking, canning, gardening, traveling, spending time with loved ones, and sharing her love of Jesus with others.
Willow was preceded in death by her son, David Lee West; daughter-in-law, Sherry Ann West; grandson, Jason Lee Todd; and granddaughter, Bethany Brophy.
Willow is survived by her 6 children, Johnny West, Mildred Todd, Brenda Bond, Calvin West, Deborah Wakefield, and Billy Joe West.  Her grandchildren: Steve West, Larry West, Tammy Gregory, Theresa Olson, David West, Allen West, William Todd, Phillip Todd, Casey West, Misty Korioth, Geneva Korioth, Callie Strohecker, Justin Brophy, Katie Anderson, Tracie West, Megan Spritz, Michael Wakefield, Timmy Wakefield, and Kendra Wakefield, along with many great-grandchildren as well as great-great-grandchildren.
Willow was a member of the River of Life Church in Denison.  What a beautiful legacy she left us with.  She was loved by all who knew her.
Graveside services were held Friday morning, August 20, 2021 at Cherry Mound Cemetery with Pastor Roger Speers officiating. - - - Fisher Funeral Home
