SHERMAN - Graveside service for Mildred L. Taylor, 88, who died Jan. 15, 1995, at Wilson N. Jones, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Cedarlawn Memorial Park. The Rev. Lotus Nunley will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home.

Mrs. Taylor was born on June 10, 1905, in Rogers, Ark., the daughter of James Yates and Bertha Smith Yates. She attended schools in Wichita, Kan., and married Harry C. Taylor in October 1934 in Gainesville. She was a Harvey Girl with the Santa Fe Railroad during the late 1920s and early 1930s. She had been a resident of Sherman Nursing Center and a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Lornadee Spradley of Plano and Barbara Stephens of Downey, Calif.; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

The family will be at the Spradley home in Plano prior to services on Friday.
