Johnnie was a dairy farmer for 29 years and then he and Carol Sue and their family owned and operated J C's Quik Shop
in Bells for 26 years. Johnnie served in the U.S. Navy during the Viet Nam War on the USS Robison. In the later years of
the convenience store business Johnnie and Carol Sue were able to travel both in car and on motorcycle to various parts of the country and he loved to go deep sea fishing with his family and friends.
