Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in Waldo Funeral Chapel for M. H. Alexander, 63, of Denison, who died in a Denison hospital Wednesday night.

Services will be conducted by Rev. Dean Phillis of Denison Church of God and Rev. Houston Garner of Hebron Baptist Church of Bells.  Burial will be in Cedarlawn Memorial Park.

Mr. Alexander was born in Mount Vernon, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Alexander.  He was married to the former Lola Fay Samples in 1947 in Sherman.  He had been an employee of the W. J. Smith Wood Preserving Co. for several years.

Survivors are wife of Denison; sons, James Alexander of Denison and David Alexander of Sherman; step-sons, Charles Grant of Luella and Paul Grant of Grand Prairie; daughters, Mrs. Edith Brown of North Carolina, Mrs. Shirlene Wornhor of Denison and Mrs. Laverne Nelson of Denison; brothers, Morris Alexander of Denison, John D. Alexander of Whitewright, and O. B. Alexander of California; a sister, Mrs. Ophelia Wilson of Jewett; and 25 grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Thompson, B. J. Beal, J. B. Arnold, Mike Todd, Ruel Beal, and Dale Miller.

The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Saturday and other times at the Gerald Nelson residence, 2428 Loy Lake Road.
