Established 1948   Martha Jo Yowell 1936 - 1996 Robert C. "Bob" Yowell 1915 - "Buried in Ft. Worth National Cemetery" Sherman Democrat August 16, 1996 Martha was born in Franklin, Texas, the daughter of Hollis and Jessie Lee Weir. She died at Texoma Medical Center, Denison, Texas. On 24 April 1970 she married Robert C. Yowell in Durant, Oklahoma. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Denison. Survivors include her husband Robert of Denison; two sons - Larry Isom of Sadler, Texas and Gary Isom of Sherman, Texas; three step-sons, Jerry Wayne Yowell, Gary Yowell and Mickey Yowell, all of Fort Worth, Texas; one sister, Helen Anderson of Houston, Texas; four step-brothers: Lonnie Anderson of Houston; Nich Anderson of Conroe, Texas; Jerry Anderson of Denison; and Johnny Anderson of Victoria, Texas; three step-sisters : Peggy Wilson of Oklahoma City; Mary Evelyn Marshall of Colbert, Oklahoma; and Joann Johnson of Houston; four grandchildren: Stacey Johnson of College Station, Texas; Brandon Isom of Bells, Texas; Larry Isom Jr. of Sadler; and Justin Isom of Sherman; and one great-granddaughter, Ashley Isom of Sadler. Funeral services were held at the First Assembly of God Church, with Rev. Gary Ford and Rev. John Ridley officiating. Bratcher Funeral Home of Denison was entrusted with handling arrangements.
