Kay Lee Wilhelm, 59, passed away at her home in Sherman on May 7,
2017. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon, May 10,
2017 at Waldo Funeral Home, Sherman, Texas. A private burial
followed at Cedarlawn Memorial Park in Sherman.
Katherine ws born December 27, 1957 in Sherman, daughter of Charles W. Lee and Dorothy N. Powers Lee. She graduated high school in May 1976 with a Cosmetology License. Ketherine married her Junior high school sweetheart, Jerry Wilhelm on June 12, 1976l. Katherine was a member of the Grayson Bible Baptist Church, a Marine wife, Cub Scout leader for 4 years, Special Ed Aide for 2 years, Sunday School teacher for 15 years, and Allstate CRS for 14 years. Katherine is survived by her husband; son, Jereny D. "JD" Wilhelm and wife, Sara; and her 3 grandchildren, Bailey, Aiden, and Drew. She was preceded in death by her son, Jonathan D. Wilhelm; parents; and brother, Kenneth D. Lee. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice in Katherine's name.
