Watts, 73, who died July 23, 1993 at his home in Fort Worth, were Monday morning at Westworth Church of Christ in Fort Worth. A graveside service was Monday afternoon at Cedarlawn Memorial Park Chapel in Sherman. He was born in Colbert, the son of Hudson Watts and Emma Watts. He was married to Peggy Ruth Taylor. Survivors include his wife of Fort Worth; one daughter, Cleta R. Watts of Seattle; two sons, Lester Watts and Timothy Watts, both of Fort Worth; one brother Lendon B.
