Funeral services for W.W. Watts, 69, who died December 24 at a local hospital and whose residence was 937 W. Coffin, were conducted under direction of Bratcher funeral home Saturday with interment at Cedarlawn.
Watts had made his home at his Coffin street address for the past 19 years, had been ill for 2 years.  
He was born at Winston county, Alabama; his parents being Mr. and Mrs. W.M. Watts.  He was married June 24, 1911 at Dexter, Texas to Miss Emma Brasher.  He was employed as store room keeper for the M., K. & T., and before moving to Denison resided at Colbert, Oklahoma.  After 16 years with the Katy, he retired in 1957.  He was a member of the Austin Avenue Church of Christ.
He is survived by his widow and 3 sons, Lester and Landon, Denison; and Cleytes of Ft. Worth; also 3 daughters, Mrs. H.T. Goodin, Colbert, Oklahoma; Mrs. Verda Johnson, Durant, Oklahoma; and Mrs. Lettie Eggleston, Junction City, Oregon.
