Established 1948   Jewel Watson 1912 - 1992 Wayland Watson 1916 - 2007 Denison Herald February 16, 1992 pg.2 BELLS - Abbie Jewel Watson, 79, died February 15, 1992 at Medical Plaza Hospital in Sherman. Funeral was at 2 p.m. Monday at the Mullican-Little Funeral Home chapel, conducted by Rev. Houston Garner and Rev. Harry Stanley. Interment was at Cedarlawn Memorial Park. She was born April 27, 1912 near Bells, a daughter of Francis and Abigail Cherry. She married Waylon Watson on January 12, 1934 in Durant. She was a homemaker and a member of Hebron Baptist Church. She had lived in the Bells area her entire life. Survivors include her husband; one son, Dean, of Bells; one daughter, Frances Little of Carrollton; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
