Services for Frank Wright of Route 3, Sherman, 88, retired farmer and rancher who died Tuesday at a Sherman nursing home, were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Johnson-Moore Funeral Chapel in Denison, conducted by Rev. Jim Gregory of the Van Alstyne Baptist Church and Rev. Hugh Davis of Georgetown Baptist Church.  Burial was at Cedarlawn Memorial Park.
Mr. Wright was a native of the Dixie community and married Faye Todd, October 17, 1905 in the Plainview community. He was a member of the Hagerman Baptist Church where he was a charter member and deacon.
Surviving are his wife; sons, F.L. and Dan Wright, both of Sherman; daughters, Mrs. C. R. Crabtree of Denison and Mrs. John R. Seat of Pottsboro; and sisters, Mrs. John Steele Terry and Mrs. Fred Klas, both of Sherman.

POTTSBORO - Funeral for Mrs. Frank (Ivey Fay) Wright, 90, who died Tuesday in Wilson N. Jones Hospital, were held Thursday at 10 a.m. at Johnson-Moore Chapel. Officiating was Rev. Hugh Davis and Rev. Jim Gregory and burial was at Cedarlawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Wright was born in the Plainview Community, January 13, 1889, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Todd. She married frank Wright October 17, 1905, in Plainview community. She was a charter member of Hagerman Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, E. L. and Dan, Plainview community; two daughters, Mrs. C. R. Crabtree, Cherry Mound, and Mrs. John R. Seat, Georgetown; one sister, Beulah Sampson, Oregon; 25 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Grandsons will be pallbearers.
