 The Herald Democrat February 12, 2010 DENISON - Cecil Wilson, 84-year-old Denison resident, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at Texoma Medical Center. Graveside services were held at 3 p.m. Saturday, February 13 in the Chapel on the Hill Mausoleum at Cedarlawn Memorial Park. Pastor Raymond England and Rev. Bob Clay officiated. Mr. Wilson was born on May 5, 1925 in Justin, the son of George Albert and Elizabeth Birdsong Wilson. He was a graduate of Kaufman High School. On October 12, 1963, he married Janiece Pruiett in Denison. He retired from Champion Cooler Company after 58 years of service. He was a member of Trinity Lighthouse Church. Mr. Wilson is survived by his wife, Janice Wilson of Denison; and granddaughter Cecilia Doyle of Denison. He was preceded in death by his stepson, Larry Doyle; brothers, Bruce, George, Leonard, Lloyd and Olen; and one sister, Virgie.
