Timothy Edward Tracy left us for his heavenly home on October 6, 2018 after a tough battle with cancer.  Born August 25, 1960 in Houston, Texas, he was the eldest son of Edward and Judith Tracy and the eldest grandson of Buster and Inez Tracy.
He is survived by his son, Daniel Hunter Tracy; his mother, Judith Gutierrez; one sister, Tara Griffin; one brother, Todd Tracy, Sr.; and 4 grandchildren, Kylie Garvin, Kara Garvin, Rowan Tracy, and Hawkins Tracy along with a niece, Lindsey Griffin and nephews; plus numerous cousins and a multitude of friends and other family.
Growing up and attending schools in Howe and Sherman, he spent a lot of time with the many family that live in the area and made many lifelong friends as well.  His closes cousin, Lee Tracy, who was more like a brother, was often by his side as they enjoyed time together and participated in numerous adventures over the years.
Following a family tradition, he joined the Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 100.  After working with family in the trade, he pursued other interests and worked in the alarm and security business where he had the opportunity to travel and live in different states.  Eventually his entrepreneurail spirit led him to create his own business, Multimedia Concepts, which he was very proud of and enjoyed immensely.  His business motto was "if it sounds to good to be true, we installed it."
He settled in Austin, Texas which became his favorite of the many places he lived.  He continued to make many more especially dear friends.  Among these dear friends are Tracie Pumphrey, Roger Shellenberger, and Brian Sauser who insured that his final days were neither lonely nor without the special comforts that eased the pain and helped him spend as much time with family and friends as he possibly could.
His smile, his faith, his wit, his determined natrue, his strong opinions, his love of cars, his enjoyment of God's creation, and all the other little quirks that endeared him to us will never be forgotten and will be sorely missed.
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race.  I have kept the faith...there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day..." 2 Timothy 4:7-8
