Established 1948   Thursday, August 24, 1989 Denison - Graveside services for Thomas Edward "Tommy" Suttlehan, 73, of Denison, who died Wednesday in a local hospital, were held Friday morning at Cedarlawn Memorial Park. Rev. Emil Slovacek officiated. Johnson-Moore Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Suttlehan was born January 10, 1916, son of John and Bessie Suttlehan. He was a lifelong resident of Denison. He married Madge Kennedy July 5, 1939 in Denison. He was a jeweler for Gray's Credit Jeweleres and Barret Cut-Rate Drug for many years. Suttlehan was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, the Elks Lodge, honorary member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and a former member of the Moose Lodge. Surviving are his wife; son, Tommy, of Sherman; 2 daughters, Eleanor Via of Denison and Elizabeth Beth Gore Damron of Oklahoma City; and 10 grandchildren.
