Beecher was the last son born to Jacob and Bell Miller, buried at Cannon Cemetery; his brothers, John Clinton, Edward C. (aka EEED) and James, are also buried at Cannon Cemetery. His mother died when Beecher was 4 years old, so his dad raised him and his youngest sister, Clyde.  
Jacob pushed both children into an early marriage. Clyde married at 14. Beecher to Eva a short time after.

Funeral services for Beecher Miller, 212 W. Crawford, were held at Bratcher Funeral Chapel Sunday afternoon.  Rev. Duke R. Barron, pastor of Waples United Methodist Church, officiated and burial was in Cedarlawn Memorial Park with Bratcher Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Miller was a barber and had worked at several barber shops in Denison.  He was born in Van Alstyne, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Miller.
Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Eva Bryant Miller; 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
