Established 1948   Barron L. Lawler, 89, of Mesquite, a railroad maintenance supervisor, died of natural causes Wednesday, July 27, 1989, at Charter Surburban Hospital. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Mesquite. He was born January 28, 1900. In 1946 the Lawler family were living in Tioga, Texas, where Mr. Lawler was the section foreman for the railroad that came through Tioga at that time. Survivors include sons, William T. Lawler of Mesquite and David E. Lawler, of Forney; daughter, Alvaneil Raidt of Sherman. Funeral services were held Saturday morning at First Baptist Church of Mesquite with graveside services Saturday afternoon at Cedarlawn Memorial Park in Sherman.
