Mrs. G. Josselyn Found Dead in Bed
Mrs. Patsy Josselyn, age 25, wife of Guy Josselyn, Jr., 621 W. Heron, was found dead in bed at her home a little after one o'clock Tuesday night.
Mrs. Josselyn was employed at the Faye Beauty Salon, and is reported to have worked until 5 o'clock Tuesday afternoon.  Her husband and two small children had driven to a neighboring town.  Upon arrival home around one Wednesday morning they discovered Mrs. Josselyn's dead body.  Police were notified and City Health Officer, Dr. McFarling and City Judge Lynden Hagans.  No cause for her death has been yet determined.
Funeral services were pending at press time Wednesday noon.
Mrs. Josselyn was born in Hughes Springs, Texas, December 2, 1928, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.F. Fike.  She received her schooling in Denison and was married here May 4, 1947 to Guy Josselyn, Jr., employee of the Katy railroad.  She was a member of the Accredited Beauty Association and formerly taught a beauty school in Sherman.  She was a member of Parkside Baptist Church, the Business and Professional Women's Club and the American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband; two sons, Guy Josselyn III, and Harlan Lee Josselyn; her parents of Denison; three brothers, Austin Fike, U.S. Air Force; Eldridge Fike, U.S. Navy; and Phenon Fike, Denison; two sisters, Mrs. R.L. Pruitt, San Diego; and Miss Myra Fike, Denison.
