Established 1948  Sherman Democrat October 7, 1983 A-11 DENISON - Services for Mrs. Gladys Irvin, 77-year-old Denison resident who died Friday at Katy Hospital, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bratcher Funeral Chapel. Rev. Ron Parrish officiated and burial was in Cedarlawn Memorial Park. Mrs. Irvin was born in Normangee, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Gustaves, and married Hurshel Irvin on February 25, 1953, in Sherman. She was a Baptist. Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Willie Gustaves of Bryan; brothers, Clifford Gustaves, Lester Gustaves and Virgil Gustaves, all of Bryan; Albert Gustaves of Madisonville and Neal Gustaves of Dallas; sisters, Lorene Walstrum of Dallas, Calera McPherson of Bryan, Ida Kirkpatrick of Brazoria and Mable Rodriguez of Chicago, Illinois.
