Wade G. Hogan, 51, brother of Royce Lay of Whitewright, died of a heart attack Saturday while at work at Mrs. Tucker's Foods, Inc. in Sherman.  Funeral services were held Sunday at Sherman and burial was in Cedarl Lawn Cemetery.
Mr. Hogan was born at Bells and had lived in Sherman for 20 years.  His wife is the former Velma Douglas of Van Alstyne.
Survivors besides his wife are his mother, Mrs. W.J. Hogan of Bells; three brothers, N.J. Hogan of Fort Worth, Herbert Hogan of Chicago, Illinois, and Marvin Hogan of Bells; five sisters, Mrs. Ben Coker and Mrs. Lonnie Washburn, both of Bells, Mrs. M.L. Biggerstaff of Corpus Christi, Mrs. Royce Lay of Whitewright and Mrs. Jerry Haizlip of Sherman.
