Deaths
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 3:30 at Bratcher-Moore chapel for Barthold Hauschild, retired M-K-T brakeman and conductor, who died at his home, 207 West Morton, Friday night after an illness of three weeks.  Burial was in Cedarlawn cemetery.  Services were conducted by Church of Christ Scientist reader, Mrs. J.V. Wilkerson.
Mr. Hauschild, a native of Germany, came to the United States with his parents at the age of two.  He had lived in Denison 60 years.  He was born June 3, 1883, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Hauschild.  He was educated in Denison schools and was married on December 29, 1908 to Miss Marian Lewis.  He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen.
Survivors include his widow; two sons, Robert Huaschild of Denison; Bart Hauschild of Bolder, Colorado; a daughter, Mrs. L.R. Reese, Hayward, California; and six grandchildren.
