Frances Louise Hartley (Knight) was called home August 10th.  She passed peacefully in the company of her family.  She was 85.
Frances was born to Harvey and Johnnie Hartley in Belivea, Mississippi on July 22nd, 1930.  She was the eldest of four children.  Frances lived in Mississippi, Florida, and Texas where she made her home with her husband, Harvey Knight.  The mother of six children: John Terry, Ronnie, Bobby, Debbie, Jimmy and Tommy and 18 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.  She was proudly employed with Johnson & Johnson for 35 years.  She enjoyed gardening, garage sales and cooking for her large family every Thanksgiving.  She will be remembered for her kind heart, generous nature and her devotion to her family.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents, and three children, Bobby, Jimmy and John Terry.
She is survived by numerable loved ones.
Services will be held Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel on the Hill at Cedarlawn Memorial Park, Sherman, Texas.  Burial  followed.  Services were under the direction of Scoggins Funeral Home & Crematory, 637 W. Van Alstyne Parkway, Van Alstyne, Texas.
